Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this online promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
Eligibility: In order to be eligible for entry into the Promotion, you must be: a) a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older (Parent or Legal Guardian may enter for a child under the age of 18) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. All entries submitted with the aid of any device capable and with the purpose of generating automatic entries shall not be accepted.
How to Enter: WE WILL EMAIL YOU ENTRY SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND LINKS. Your entry must include an image (drawing, photograph, digital image) of the likeness of the character Poopy McPooface from Poopy McPooFace in: The Perilous Jurney in your bathroom or any other place in your apartment or home.
You will be required to submit online; your legal name, e-mail address, phone number, and zip code. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. An Authorized Account Holder is defined as “the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address”. The potential winner may be required to provide us with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
Upon successful receipt, and receipt of your contest drawing, you will be eligible to win one of 25 prizes, valued between $50 and $500, as stated in the Contest materials. Prizes are for first, second, third place and for 4th through 25th.
Failure to submit all required information may result in disqualification. All entrants and entries are subject to verification by us. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
Winners: All eligible entries will be displayed in an album on the Incorgnito Publishing Press, FaceBook page. Facebook fans will be invited to judge the images and their voting (as provided by FaceBook limits and abilities i.e. likes etc.) will determine the winners.
By entering the Promotion, you consent to being placed on our e-mail and marketing mailing list, to receive information and other marketing materials from us and for purposes of communicating this promotion status, and for services and offerings of Incorgnito Publishing Press.

Incorgnito Publishing Press, and our affiliates, directors, officers, consultants, professional advisers, employees and agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond our control or by non-authorized human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
Promotion Period. The Promotion shall begin at 12:00 AM (all times Eastern Standard Time) on 06/05/2023, and end at 11:59 PM on 07/31/2023. Prize winners will be announced on National Toilet Paper Day (August 26th). Contest Limited to the First 1,000 eligible applicants (we must have received your application and image before contest end date).
Winners will be contacted on or about 8/28/2023 at the email address provided.

Winners will be announced via e-mail. To receive a list of winners, please submit a request to us at Contact@incorgnitobooks.com. Winners will be sent to you upon the end of the Promotional Period.
Odds of Winning; Taxes; Etc. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER. All prizes will be awarded. The prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner if two (2) attempts to contact winner by e-mail are not successful, or if prize is otherwise not claimed. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Representation, Warranties, Rights of Ownership. By entering this Promotion, you grant us the right to display your name as a winner of a prize. You additionally waive all privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude our use of your submission, and agree not to sue or assert any claim against us for any such use.
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our agencies and affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees (collectively, the “Indemnitees”), harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnitees due to or arising out of the use of any element of your submission, including but not limited to claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, violation of an individual’s right of publicity or right of privacy, or defamation.
